On Friendship Day

Do you know how the most beautiful poetry is written ?
It's written by looking at you
Not the sky or the earth
Or a mother giving birth
Or the sound of the seas
Or the chandelier ringing with the breeze
It's not love or hate
Or emotions that separate
Not the omens and signs
Or good lord,oh divine

But my breath halts
When I hear your voice

Which sounds like the temple bells
And the melodies from the heaven dwells
Which feels like an amalgamation
Of the natural world and the nations

It is unique each and everyday
And I long to see you
For all the small talks or stories you say
Are just as good as looking at you

So now I know how the most beautiful poetry is written
